​In the early days of the Coronavirus crisis we ran a series of weekly online discussions involving teachers and teacher educators in the Global South, on 'Covid-19 and Teaching English in Difficult Circumstances'. At that time there was otherwise little discussion going on of the particular problems of lack of connectivity etc. faced by many teachers, though these issues have been taken up more widely since then.
